DMP-430 vacuum modified atmosphere packaging machine is based on the combination of vacuum packaging machine and modified atmosphere packaging machine. It has the advantages of small size, full function, novel structure and stable performance. 

We developed a vacuum-controlled fresh-keeping packaging machine for chain stores, supermarkets, specialty stores, laboratories, and small food manufacturers. The vacuum chamber is used to vacuum the closed vacuum chamber by using a vacuum pump, so that the vacuum chamber is made to have a high degree of vacuum, and then filled with a mixed gas suitable for food deferred preservation, and the food that has been packaged in the atmosphere is better maintained. The original taste, color, shape and nutrition of the food can also achieve a longer shelf life.

1. 304 stainless body

The equipment is made of 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, rust-resistant, and durable, ensuring that the machine operates under stable conditions.

2. Matching gas mixing ratio

The machine is equipped with a gas mixing proportional device, which is filled with nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide and other gases in the tray, and mixed according to the video characteristics to keep the food fresh and preserve color.

3. Vacuum replacement, mold changeable

4.Manual waste film holder

The waste film holder is used to provide convenience for the user, easy to disassemble, and the non-film is concentrated on the bracket to maintain the sanitary environment of the workshop.

5. Emergency stop switch

The equipment is equipped with an emergency stop switch to ensure personal safety in case of abnormal conditions.

6. Multi-purpose 

It can be boxed or bagged. After the boxed mold is taken out, the heating strip and the upper film holder can be used to package the packaged food, vacuum or inflated to meet different needs and save costs.
